Counselling / Clinical Psychologist

Panaji, Goa (Hybrid / In-Person) 2+ years clinical experience

Provide evidence-based individual, couples, or adolescent therapy rooted in positive psychology, empathetic listening, and resilience building.

Key Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Clinical or Counselling Psychology (M.A. / M.Sc. / M.Phil).
  • Solid grounding in evidence-based therapeutic frameworks (CBT, ACT, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness).
  • Strong interpersonal empathy, cultural sensitivity, and ethical practice.
Full-time / Project Basis

School & Youth Wellbeing Facilitator

Goa (On-site with Partner Schools) 1+ years in child / youth facilitation

Conduct transformative social-emotional learning (SEL), mindfulness, empathy, and emotional intelligence modules for learners and educators.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related behavioural sciences.
  • Experience conducting group workshops, creative art/play-based activities with children & teenagers.
  • Exceptional communication and classroom engagement skills.
Internship (3 to 6 Months)

Psychology Trainee / Clinical Intern

Panaji, Goa / Hybrid Pursuing or Completed Master’s in Psychology

Gain supervised practical exposure, assist in psychoeducational content development, workshop coordination, and clinical administration.

Key Requirements:

  • Enrolled in or graduate of a postgraduate programme in Psychology.
  • Eagerness to learn, write psychoeducational resources, and assist in wellness initiatives.
  • Dedication to ethical conduct and client confidentiality.
